“ I love shopping at Carr's, but two weeks ago I asked the store manager if they had a policy in your story that people have to wear mascara in the store. Her response to me was there's not a loss so they don't force it because people get hostile with them which I can understand to a degree but I have a right and other people have a right to go into the store and be safe. And I wish cars would enforce mass wearing in their store other stores do it Walmart does it Fred Meyer's dad said target does and there's no excuse to make people leave. If a customer doesn want to wear a mask then shop onli and have groceries brought to their car. ”

Going by the 10 reviews I've just read about this store, all 1 to 5 years old, I'm assuming they've upped this store's management in some form or another. I've shopped at Carrs all over the state since the 1970's and I'm sure I'll continue. And I sure would rather have my money spent there than at any Walmart!! As I hate them. Oh well. ”
